Why manual anagramming misses so much
Take any six letters and count the arrangements: six factorial is 720 distinct sequences. Seven letters produces 5,040. You are not checking all of them when you rearrange tiles on a rack. You are following pattern-recognition shortcuts that your brain learned from reading common words, which means uncommon but valid plays stay invisible.

The Position Known field handles this directly: enter the board letter in its exact position box, your rack tiles in Any Order, and the tool returns every valid word that satisfies both constraints simultaneously. The exclude field: ruling things out as fast as ruling things in
One underused feature is the exclude filter, which removes all words containing specified letters from your results. This is useful when you know a letter is absent (Wordle's grey tiles), when you want to find plays that preserve a specific tile you need later, or when a board position makes certain letters unplayable in a particular direction.
